When you sign our petition, we save your name and email address to record your identity as a participant and to exclude multiple signatures. This data will be transferred to the Federal Ministry of Labor and Economy, Untere Donaustraße 13-15, 1020 Vienna, after the signing deadline and then deleted by us.
To prevent abuse, we also store a string that we use for a confirmation link that you receive by email, how many times we have sent you such an email and whether you have confirmed your signature. Should you use the objection form below, we will also store such a string and the number of emails sent until the objection process is complete. All this data will be deleted by us after the end of the signing period.
We also record whether you wish to receive our newsletter and, if so, transfer your e-mail address to our newsletter system. Information on data protection regarding our newsletter can be found here.
